So after i get my new TDEE i know it increases my caloric inake but how do i make up for the calories burned from the exercise itself or do i not need to now?
Your activity is "built in" to the TDEE so you don't need to add it and eat back the calories. Only if you do some extra activity over the top of what you've already accounted for in the TDEE.
Unless you are using MFP for your calories to eat which is what you said in which case it's not built in and you do need to count exercise as extra0 -
There is no such thing as a plateau. The 'weight loss plateau' is a make believe term.0

You gather wrong. No your metabolism has not slowed down. Sorry but that's not what happened. You don't weigh your food so you can't say you eat 1500 calories. You are guessing how much you are eating therefore are eating more than you think.
Raising your calories if you stop losing makes no sense. Also, 2 weeks is not a plateau. Stopping exercise is a terrible idea.
Really mean spirited, dude. Give him the benefit of the doubt. He's lost 50lbs.

Yes, your TDEE would increase if you started exercising again. In the calculator you'd switch "sedentary" to "activity 3 times a week" or whatever the closest match for your activity level would be. Most weight loss experts (even the ones who DON'T use MFP, lol) recommend TDEE -20% to lose weight in a safe manner.
Personally I'd stick at sedentary and log exercise as additional ...particularly if you have a tendency to stop exercising for a few weeks as you said in OP
I exercise hard 3 times a week and try to walk 10K steps a day ...I synch MFP to my fitbit for the steps and use an HRM for the workouts and then log it ...but I'm still set to sedentary on MFP (and fitbit) as I have a desk job and unless I push myself I will be sedentary
But still both ways work ...it's finding what works for you
Thank you for all your help as well, really appreciated!
So what im gathering out of everything is that ive just been eating too little and my metabolism has slowed or stopped , so im going to up my caloric intake, go back to my exercising and just keep track of everything and see how it goes from there!

No its not mean spirited. It's honesty. Telling people they are doing something right or giving them false information just because it sounds may sound nice but it's just sugar coating stuff. Give him the benefit of the doubt? Why? Maybe you haven't come across this situation enough times to know the patterns.
Also, nice attempt at slamming my weight loss. And for your information my ticker says 14 lbs because my ticket has been reset for a bulk then another cut. In total 75 lbs lost. Sorry, but nice try. Please play again.
He doesn't weigh his food and guesses. So how can he say he's eating 1500. Please.
You're the sort of person who gets on these threads to cut someone down. Well played, you won. You're awesome, everyone else is doing it wrong.0 -

Unless you have a lab set up for such things, none of us know exactly how many calories they eat. It's best guesses, trying to get the most accurate picture possible. Do you weigh your eggs? Do you separate the yolk from the white then weigh them separately just in case you got a big yolk? We're all doing our best.0

I had pork mince in my dinner tonight. There was 232g of it. How many calories in that? MFP has more than 10 wildly differing entries.-1
-
Hang on, I need to know the exact fat content of this particular pork mince! Where's my lab. Hmmm.-2

NO. If you eat too few calories, you will lose weight - how do you think starving people in Africa get so skinny? What's more likely happened is you're eating more calories than you think. As has been said before, weigh/measure your food and drink, measure out portions, log everything as accurately as possible into your food diary, and stick to a calorie deficit. Exercise because it's good for your overall health, not just to facilitate weight loss.
Congratulations on your loss so far - and good luck with the rest! :-)0 -

I know what ive been eating ive tried less for a week w more exercise, more for a week w exercise and just back to normal w no exercise nothing changed for those 3 weeks where as when i started i was steadily losing 2 pounds a week sticking to pollo and subway, where i have all the info as to how much im eating. Trust me i was serious about this when i started hence the 50lb loss, ive kept track on my own w what im eating daily and it had worked up until 3 weeks ago. Thats why im here to figure out what could be wrong.0 -

But they do not weigh ingredients so it is very possible to be off, sometimes by 500 calories after all the discrepancies add up.0 -

Re-calculate your TDEE, you've lost weight so obviously your said fat loss calories have gone lower. So either calculate again or reduce 50-100 calories from carbs.0

i have literally did this last night thanks though.0 -
You do not have to weigh your food to estimate accurately enough for weight loss. Which you've already proven.
If you lost 50 lbs. in 3 months that's around 4 lbs/week, which is HUGE. If you change nothing at all, you will probably go back to losing. Or if you change something. It just isn't linear for most of us. Going 3 months without a plateau until now is kind of terrific, really.0 -
