My week has been pretty hectic. The past two days in particular have been very stressful/ emotional. While I wasn't as bad as I usually am (small victory), I definitely didn't eat within my allotted calories and engaged in some emotional binge eating... thus starting that lovely cycle of being unhappy that I wasn't eating right, causing me in turn to eat more because I was unhappy.
But today is a new day. And I'm going to try my damn hardest to not fall into old habits.

stay positive! you can do this just think of how good you feel when you're doing well0

You can get back on track, just focus on your goals and what you need to do to reach them. I have binged this week also, and emotions definatly contributed to my problems, just like yours. We can do it together!0

Just because one or two days is bad doesnt mean that this is how it has to be. Every day is a new begnining!!!!!! You can do this!0

Just get back on track and forgive yourself for bingeing! This isn't a race but a lifestyle change and we all make mistakes and fall back into old habits. Don't let yourself get caught up in the guilt just accept what happened and move forward!

Always remember that you did make a small victory in not sabotaging as bad as you say you usually do. That is a step in not only becoming aware of why you were eating but doing something about it.0

Wow,this must've been a national "eat like crap" week bc I celebrated it also. Stress is the most horrible thing. My husband can understand why we do this but he is has the worlds fastest motabolism too.
This is what Ive told myself:
This is a hard road. Its definitely not easy! But the great things in life you have to work for and being a "skinny mini" is a WONDERFUL thing! So we need to push past the bs in our life and get our butts moving, right???
My weight gain and weight loss has always been strictly a mental battle! I know that might sound silly but my mind is my biggest asset and my biggest enemy! That has been the hardest for me. Trying to control my thoughts and not let them control me!!
Good luck! You can kick this week in the butt and then move on!0 -

I was thinking the EXACT same thing!!! I have been having a horrible week ... family in town so not as much time to work out, fighting off a cold, bad choices ... I am hoping for an even week!! But I am going to try my best to do get back on the wagon today!!!0 -
I totally fell off the wagon on Easter. I UNDERSTAND!! It is the worst, when you feel bad for eating poorly, and decide the best thing to do is eat more!! More important than putting the chocolate away is that we are here. Logging and talking. Good luck!! You will be fine!0

I got back on track on Tuesday.
I reminded myself that it is not what I have eaten, but what I eat now that is most important.
For me, I know I am going to have bad days when I use food as my coping mechanism but my goal is not to get too high or too low. If I have a bad couple of days...before I started that was a bad couple of months.0 -
I fell off the wagon on Easter I tried to get back on everyday but have fallen flat on my face everyday =(. So today is a new day and I too am going to start this again.0
