Hi. I am 43 years old and need to lose about 150 pounds. My husband and I both have gained weight over the years (Married for 25 years) and we both feel awful all of the time. We never use to be this way. We use to be active and ate right. Now, all we do is work, eat and sleep. We are tired of being tired all the time. I have a brand new treadmill upstairs and cannot get the motivation to get on it. We are from the south and everything is biscuits and gravy. I now have high blood pressure and diabetes. I am just looking for a little motivation and a friend to share this journey.

You are in the right place, One day at a time... Track your intake and get on the tread mill everyday...Good luck!0

I felt the same way....Just eating and sleeping and always tired. I started walking with a step tracker. I found that the daily goal challenged me. I was shocked at what a difference it made in my energy level. Taking that first step is always the hardest, but it feels so good. One day at a time, one step at a time. Good Luck!0
