Waking up Nauseous

I'm not entirely sure where this post would fit, but I've been having this problem for awhile now. I am 100% not pregnant. Usually every single morning (or even in the middle of the night), I'm waking up feeling nauseous.

Could it be that I'm eating too close to bedtime? It has never bothered me until now. I have been eating later for years. Only other things I can think of is post nasal drip or stress.

Thanks

Could also be excess stomach acid or dehydration. Try varying your routine and see if it eases.

Yeah, my first thought is dehydration.

Do u take vitamins or meds?
  • I just take Vitamin D. However, the nausea started before I started taking Vit D regularly. I'm going to try and drink more water today and eat earlier. See if that helps.

I was taking a couple of vitamins and D was one of them. I was sometimes mildly nauseous so I stopped all and am reintroducing to find the culprit. I reintroduced 2 and no nausea so far. Today I will add D back in to see if it comes back. I'll let u know:-)
