About ten months ago....I've since put on about 25lbs and have gotten super bulky. I don't know if it's the Paleo or what. Maybe I should go back to regular body building?

I've always wanted to try that but I don't want to put on ANY weight at all. Is it worse than Insanity or T25?0

Gatita, I've never done any of those programs. I did do a couple of P90X with my brother but honestly the two don't compare.

I'm half-joking. I really AM doing crossfit and I really have "bulked" up by 25lbs. I joke with my regular gym bros about going back to bodybuilding so I can cut down. The point of this thread: What matters is your caloric consumption and how you lift.
