How to use my scales for bodyfat %

Anyone have any idea? I don't know that the number is in the top left either, I can set it between 1 and 5.. I've managed to set my height weight and sex.

I'm still not sure how to actually get a body fat reading though. I have to tap it for it to come on, then it shows that screen so i can weigh myself. but no idea how to do the %!

I hope you have the instructions. If not, google them to see if you can find them.

I used to have a similar Salter scale. The number is the user, and you have to select it after you switch it on so it can do the BF%.
