I don't count my cordial (fruit concentrate I sometimes add to my water). I can't really be bothered measuring it and it's not much anyway.
This. I also don't log green tea most of the time because it is 0 cal.
I don't bother logging spices, either - although I do log stuff like vanilla essence in my baking.

The only thing I do not log is drinks, which only consists of tea, water and very occasionally fruit juice. I log condiments because I like mayo which all adds up.0

i don't log anything that has less than 5 calories, so that covers my crystal lite drink packets (i use half a packet per 32oz of water) or diet soda. i also don't bother logging spices because overall, they aren't adding much of anything to the total recipe.0

Tea (nothing else is added) & diet cola.
I also don't track herbs & spices, except for salt. I cook with a lot of flavor, and I used to add them all in, but because I use so many herbs/spices it was a lot of logging and hardly any calories.0 -
I don't count unsweetened tea or coffee, diet pop, water, seasoning, fish oil supplements, yellow mustard (most of the time), lettuce (most of the time), sugar free gum, Pam cooking spray. Basically anything that's pretty much 0ish calories.0
-
I log it all even spices. I figure this way I have a log if a medical issue would come up.0

I don't log spices.
I do log condiments, but for ketchup, I log the next serving up rather than take time to enter the exact amount.0 -
I don't log coffee and tea because I take them straight mostly. If I'm adding milk, cream, sugar or honey I always log it0
-
Water and tea, basically. Everything else gets logged, for now.
I may get a little more casual about small things later on. But at the moment I'm logging not only to count calories, but to make sure I'm getting adequate nutrition within those calories. Logging everything helps me make sure my vitamins and nutrients are high enough and my sodium and such are low enough.0 -
I didn't used to count my coffee creamer until I measured it and realized how much I was using...there was about a 70-100 calorie difference.0
-
I rarely track condiments (ketchup, mustard, steak sauce, etc.).0

Same here! I actually started my healthy eating quest years ago by tracking sodium and sugar more so than fat and calories. Quite an eye-opener!0 -
<25 cal drinks - Water, coffee/espreso, tea
I'll leave out most salt-free spices.0 -
I don't track most spices (as long as it's under a few teaspoons). I also don't log my supplements--they come out to about 60 calories. I know that can add up, but I can't cut out the supplements, and I eat a bit below my MPF calculations most days anyway. Everything else is logged.0

hard candy and gum..coffee but I log the half and half..mustard..pickles (sour).0
-
I track and log everything I eat and drink, no matter how little the calories are including Pepsi Max, spices, 1 cal spray and defiantly condiments. They all add up0
-
Instead of bothering to log the hour of walking I do on Wednesdays and Thursdays, I often just don't log a few small things that I know will have been burnt off by the walk; like an apple or some fruit juice0
-
Spices, gum, vitamins, cough drops.0
-
Diet soda, ketchup, most green veggies, spices, salt, or my multi-vitamin gummies. I only track calories, not macros, and leaving out the smaller-calorie items hasn't affected my loss so far. I know where to look though if I do plateau0
-
I leave NOTHING out (including water; but that's just me...0
-
I don't log Salt, Pepper or Mrs Dash.0
-
Spices, diet soda and drink mixes. Everything else I count...unless I choose not to count anything for a day, which happened this weekend. Whoops.

I log everything - even my supplements. It isn't due so much to the calories as it is to track my intake of nutrients.0

This. Otherwise I log most everything else except dashes of pepper.

I dont add tea coffee and sugar in those drinks but if I had a lattee or cappuccino then I do. im sure I will get to a point when I will have to log these as well but while I can get away with it I don't. the odd boiled sweet I don't bother but if I have a few in a day then I log them
what is a "boiled sweet"? if I may ask?0 -
I don't log gum. Some condiments I do and some I don't. If it is ketchup I don't bother but if it was mayo, tarter sauce, honey or something like that I would log it. Basically if it's less than 10 cal I don't bother because I'm usually in a large deficit anyway.0

If I used no calorie sweeteners or sugar free gum. I wouldn't log that either.
I would log pickles for the sodium content.
