If I'm feeling faint then my blood sugar has taken a nosedive, which is extremely rare, and I'll eat something. Usually a small piece of candy will take care of it, but if I feel I need more, I'll eat more.
Otherwise, I'll try something hot to drink. That'll usually quiet hunger pangs enough that I can get to sleep. If not, eating a couple of cornichons often will do it. As a last resort, I've heated a single serving of vegetable broth and had that. Between the taste of watered down celery and garlic in the brand I had in the pantry (and won't be buying again, yuck), any appetite I might have had is just killed.0 -
Make a warm cup of green tea, not adding any sugar or milk. Calms me down and takes a while to drink. I also start to look forward to the next time I am going to weigh myself, because then I've probably lost some
Maybe also plan and look forward to what I am going to eat the next day for breakfast, or go outside for a walk.
Us humans have a tendency to confuse different feelings as hunger. Maybe you are just tired and need sleep? Maybe bored? Maybe thirsty?
I think it is important to try and keep oneself busy so you don't have time to think so much about it.0 -
I drink tea!!! I find the warmth is very soothing!!!!

Eat something. Your body is telling you what it needs, don't ignore it or deprive it! Don't go overboard and make a plate of nachos, but try some veggies and lean protein. Drink some water with it. I promise veggies aren't what causes weight gain.0

I'd have a handful of almonds. One oz and the natural fat in nuts should cut whatever hunger pains there are, and last you until morning.

1/2 pound of chicken0

I will go for a run to earn more calories to eat. Most of the time the run kills my appetite but if I'm still hungry when I cool down, I can eat.0

Half an hour of resistance band work, kettlebells or core and have a protein shake...0

i drink water but if it doesn't help and is stopping me getting to sleep I'll have a tsp of pb as apparently it helps you burn calories over night, it used to be an apple but i've seriously gone off apples for some reason0

I like to think tummy rumbles = the sound of fat cells dying.0

Drink water, and see if I'm still hungry. If so, then I eat. Oh well, going over 1 day will not halt my weight loss forever. Actually, that one time probably won't make any difference at all.0

Drink tea eat strawberries. Go for a walk. Depends0

This has never happened to me but if it did and I didn't really have any calories left for the day, I would eat some celery or lettuce as they are healthy and have little calories. Spritz some lemon juice and sprinkle seasonings on them. Or eat a pickle or two ... in the scheme of things, a few pickle slices or small whole pickle would not jeopardize your diet progress.0

It doesn't happen often with me, but I usually just have a glass of milk or maybe a little turkey.0
-
No matter my calories, I would listen to my body and have some food0
