When doing insanity, or any other fitness video, do you pause your hrm during the 30 second water breaks and the stretch?
Or do you keep it running till the end?
Or do you keep it running till the end?

I leave it running. After all my heart is still racing so it's still burning some calories. Or at least this is my logic. This way I can observe how fast I'm recovering.0

^^ Same here. I'll even leave it for 5 to 10 minutes after I'm done the workout.0

IF you could keep going without taking a break, go ahead and pause your HRM.0

I don't pause it. You're still burning calories, your heart is still pumping. Your heart is recovering in that time period. If you stop for 20 minutes, then maybe you should pause it. But otherwise, keep it going.
I use the following and get really good data from them
