I just started today (a day late, but will do my LISS tonight)! I would love some accountability. I'm slightly obsessed w/ her instagram and the before and after photos and want to give this my best shot.

Hey I'm currently doing this. Just started week 3.. Anyone else following her programme feel free to add me :)
  • Hey! I'm doing it too, just did w3 d2 today! Wish I'd seen this thread when I started though, I didn't realise you had to do the workouts as many times as you could in the 7 mins :\ So that'll be why I'm not seeing much prgoress so far! Dach. Haha. I did it properly today though.

I have lost 5lbs so far! and yes you do need a bench but you could sub it for a sturdy chair. You are just wanting to do step ups on it

Starting week 1 (day 1) today! Have any of you done the meal plan as well? Right now I just don't have the time, or the place to cook all the meals, so I'm just trying my best to eat what I think is healthy? (Which is always hard for me since there are so many contradicting ideas out there on what is "healthy".) I'm just worried this will hinder my progress :/ Any thoughts/opinions? Can't wait to start!

    Hello everyone!

I'm currently on Week 15 of the BBG 2.0 and would love to have some friends who are also doing the guide :) it's so nice to motivate each other! Most girls are on Instagram but I'd rather stick to MFP for fitness related things. I've gone from a size 12 (UK) to a size 8, weigh 116 pounds and 5 ft 8. All in all I think I've lost about 15 pounds since starting the guide!

Im on week 3 day 2 :) so far I love it! I add in some fitnessblender, blogilates and ballet beautiful workouts as well as following the resistance workouts. I love to exercise and 30 mins resistance just isn't enough to keep me happy!
  • I just started! I'm on week 1:)

I'm starting tomorrow. I'm doing walking on the treadmill for my LISS. I'm really excited to see others on here that are doing the program. My sister-in-law is going to be doing it with me, so wish us luck!

I'm starting tomorrow with the kayla movement :). I'm starting with the four weeks of pretraining though, has anyone else done that?

Is the pre-training part of the BBG 2.0? I have the original version so it doesn't include pre-training. After how sore I got doing just a couple days of workouts a few weeks ago I can definitely see where some pre-training would be beneficial to some people.

I have started this too! I just finished the 4 weeks of pre-training and started Week 1 this week. Haven't seen much results after the pre-training, but I do feel stronger so Im hoping te results will pick up soon.
  • I'm on my last week! Can't believe i am finishing the 12 weeks program. And I will keep going as it helped me get so much stronger  however nutrition wise I haven't been that great so i will keep going until i see those baby abs coming out :)
Do you guys know if someone has been putting the BBG guide exercises on myfitnesspal to keep track of the calories burned?

I don't think it would make sense to put calories because everybody burns a different amount doing those exercises depending on how hard they push themselves, their weight, sex, height, etc.

I also started the pre-training week 1 today i.e 4/6 :) Couldn't do more than the basic numbers of reps in 7 minutes ... it is hard but hopefully I will build more stamina in the coming weeks :)

Hey!! I'm starting Week 3 of pre-training tomorrow!! Would love to join in on the support since there's such a long road ahead! :) I found the pre-training to be great, I was able to complete both Week 1 and Week 2's circuits twice as much in the time kayla gives to do all 4 circuits once. I feel like they have definitely prepared me so now when I add weights in this week I can push hard instead of just starting out and getting fatigued easily.
  • Hey! I was going to start tomorrow. I wasn't sure if I should do the pre-training first or just jump in! But now seeing your comment about the weights... I think I'll do the pre-training. I mean it doesn't hurt.

Yeah I definitely recommend the pre-training! Seemed silly to me at first but then I figured "hey I paid for all this why not use the extra 4 weeks" and it pays off!! First week was hard but second week I was noticeably stronger. Its hard to push through circuits when you start off with weights because it just puts more pressure on your body if it isn't ready for that intensity yet. Plus there is some slight physical changes I noticed already after just 2 weeks. I'm starting week 3 pre training today. Good luck :)
