Red Rice, Purple Rice, Black Rice and Wild Rice- lookingfor

I recently bought some of each of these rices (I know, I know, wild rice isn't really rice). I have heard several places that these dark rices are more rich in nutrition and antioxidants than white or even brown rice, so I decided to try them. Does anyone have any especially delicious ideas on recipes? I'm even thinking of maybe trying to make purple rice pudding or something outrageous like that.

    The other day I made chicken curry in the crockpot and served it over black rice. The rice added a subtle nuttiness to it. It was delicious, and my blood sugar two hours later was not as high as with white rice. I'm still experimenting.

    I made soup this weekend with wild rice, dried porcini mushrooms, celery, kale, spring onions, sriracha and stock. I'm eating it most days for lunch at work. Tastes great and very healthy.
