I still have about 10 pounds to lose so I change my settings to lose 0.5 per week.On my last weigh in last month I was at 130.5 now I am at 130.I only lost 0.5 pound a month. I was expecting to lose 2 pounds.Am I eating too much calories? Is it harder to lose the last few pounds?

it is unquestionably harder to shift those last few pounds. Ultimately you are still losing, so that is good. You could try changing the combos you eat, changing your exercise forms, having a cheat day to trick your metabolism into a spike, they may work, but ultimately, it might just be slow. I figure anything downwards is good. At least it is only 10lbs to go, I normally get stuck at 15 or so.

Ok, makes sense. Its also time of the month so I am not sure if that I had something to do with it.I heard that you will weigh heavier when its time of the month. Not sure if its true

With that small of a deficit and amount to lose, it usually helps to tighten your logging.
