Hi I'm new..... Losing inches...... hopefully lbs soon !!

I'm Jessica and I've been tracking (sort of) my food and excersise for a couple of months. I think I've lost a total of 4 lbs.
not a big wieght loss but a start. I'm amazed at how many calories a person can eat if you don't track them. I've been pretty good about hitting the gym and running a few miles 3 or 4 days a week. Only 8 lbs to go..... they seem to be the toughest !!!

    You're on the right track....sounds like you've been doing the right thing...losing the inches helps to visually see the progress.

    Tell me about it - I have only 9lbs to go and it's soooooo slow but I'm not giving up though. Great work so far.

    I just started this week, but thanks to my daughters inspiration, I feel that I can make this work. I'm more concerned with converting fat pounds to muscle, than strictly results on the scale. I've let myself go especially the last 6 years, and it's time to turn it around. I sure miss being able to run (knees won't take it anymore).
