Looking for Yummy Dairy Free Recipes

I have had to go completely dairy free. I am having a really hard time coming up with recipes. Please if you have some, would you share?

I've been dairy (and gluten) free for about a year. There is a difficult 3 month transition period where you have to adjust, but I promise you will get used to it. There are a million dairy-free blogs out there with recipes...just do a google search for "dairy free recipes". Paleo recipes are also dairy-free and there are tons of paleo recipe sites and blogs.
Here are a few of my favorite things that make dairy-free life more enjoyable:
1) Cashew cream (http://talronnen.ca/recipes/cashew-cream/) - can be made savory (into an alfredo or truffle cream sauce, makes mashed potatoes creamy, can be used to make vegan mac & cheese) or sweet (served with berries, added to desserts, etc.).
2) Coconut milk - I use it to make dairy free ice cream (http://www.buzzfeed.com/rachelysanders/amazing-vegan-ice-cream-recipes), pumpkin pie (http://glutenfreeeasily.com/best-pumpkin-pie-ever-and-its-crustless-gluten-free-and-dairy-free/), and even a dairy free whipped cream substitute (http://ohsheglows.com/2012/08/30/coconut-whipped-cream-a-step-by-step-photo-tutorial/)
3) Nutritional yeast - this is a "cheesy" tasting ingredient that I find absolutely delicious. You can find it at Whole Foods and other health food stores. It can be used to make dairy-free "cheese" sauces, shaken over veggies, etc. I use it regularly.
4) I've experimented with dairy free cheeses. None of them do the trick for me, but Daiya was arguably the best fake cheese.

I don't eat dairy. I like Cococnut Bliss ice cream. I use Earth Balance Buttery spread (it tastes and acts way more like butter than margarines do). I use almond milk instead of milk (it's delicious). I either have pizza cheese-less or with Daiya cheese - hint - less is more with Daiya - too much and it's too noticeable as not cheese and too sticky.
I think you can get non-dairy parmesan. It's mostly just a matter of making different kinds of meals. I do a lot of soups, stews, stir fry's, curry etc.
