Hi everyone, I'm Bri!

I'm new to MFP, but so far I'm finding it very handy and I love the sense of community I see.

This is kind of my first time actively trying to get healthy and lose weight, and it is definitely my first experience with calorie counting. Several years ago I lost 50 pounds, but it was something that occurred naturally due to a lack of stress and just generally healthy living I think. I was really happy with my body for several years, but this year I've noticed my weight creeping up and I've lost a lot of confidence in how I look. Total, I've gained about 10 - 15 pounds which I would like to lose.

I'd love to make some friends on MFP and get some tips and inspiration. Like I said, a lot of this is new to me.
