Grandpa going for fitness for the young ladies

Just started on a fitness plan. Joined Crunch a few months ago and feeling good. My knees were tender and legs were very weak, but improved a lot over the past month. Cutting back on sugar and consuming more fiber. I hope to keep up with my 3 year old granddaughter and her 6 month old sister. Such terrific young ladies!
