Advice needed

Hey guys, I really need some motivation and advice.
I am a emotional over eater. I have gained 7 pounds since March and I just can't seem to stop and re-motivate myself to exercise. I use to love running, I don't really know what happened to the spark of well motivation. I am trying to lose 15-20 pounds.
If any has any advice please feel free to share.

    Since it was the late night carbs for me that I love to load up on at bedtime if you are eating any carbs at the end of the day try to leave them off after 5 PM. Eating Fat instead can reduce getting hungry.

    Do you have certain thing in life that are going on and causing you to eat based on your emotions? If you can, try and remove stress from your life or maybe replace the emotional eating with another hobby in order to relax. You said you liked to run...when the emotional hunger hits, go for a run! Or make sure you have healthy snacks on hand for you to grab instead of grabbing something full of sugar.

    I've had some success since July because of the motivation and encouragement that a free facebook nutrition and fitness group has given me.
