Motivational help needed.

So i've lost about 125lbs in about 6 months (from 375 to 250) and i've never had any problems with it i even liked it, but now i'm constantly craving food and kinda lost the motivation to go to the gym. Did any of you also went through a phase like that? And if how did you get out of it?

Yes some days I would crave everything and anything. I wasn't loosing weight so I would think there was no point to keep trying but I focus more on inches and how my clothes fit. Try to remember why you are doing this. I also have to look at the big picture and remind myself of how far I've come already.

If I start craving foods, I usually have restricted myself too much. I find I go crazy with foods if I have not had them in a long time so now I try to have a little of everything. I do like the gym though, I know kind of weird but I guess as a woman they offer zumba which I like and I also like to go to the track and walk (gives me time to think things out).

Yes, I have gone through it before, and I am going through that again. I just give myself a 5lbs gain window and let myself have what I want. Basically going on a restricted break. I also set a cash limit. I make sure I at least walk a mile everyday, but the rest of the stuff I relax on until I get the bacon desires out of my system. While on the break I make myself sit down with nothing on to distract me (before bed) and I think about what I want and what I could have if I keep going for my goals, then I make myself think of what will probably happen if I give up.

If I crave a snickers or something I will eat peanut butter with a banana. It also helps if you occupy yourself with something else.
