Time for some extra motivation

I'm not the greatest at motivating myself over long periods of time. I do good for a week or two....then just fall off the wagon. So I need help. I need people that will push me some more..
I'm having a nice reality shock on tracking my calories (which wow) and I just did day one at the Gym today. but it would be nice to have people pushing me to do better and go farther... I've been working out off and on since Feb. and i have actually gained weight (which some i can tell is muscle!) But... I want to try and make it a habit.
Any motivation helps!

I started just like you. I joined a few others and has kept me motivated for about 2 months on MFP. I love the fact that they included a streak of logging in. It motivates me. I'm on a 115 day streak now! So by now I have created a habit of keeping track of all I eat and do. I can help you with motivation if you'd like?0

Comment on your friend's success. Brag about your success. Be involved in your own fitness and make that a normal part of your life. It isn't motivation it's dedication. It's doing what you know you should do even if you don't feel like it.0
