OIC I googled it. Thanx.
I never do the same workout in a week. I will do similar routines but I switch every one. For example, I tricep push ups but the day before I did tricep dips or I did and open squat the day before but this session I did an open squat jumping jack into a exposive jump. Does that make sense or? SO I dont do the same thing ever in the week.0 -
