decided to stay fit and eat healthy

Hi,
How are you? I moved to london two months ago, since the move I feel depressed and have started comfort eating which is making me gain weight, I would like to make friends on here especially if you are from london
I want to lose some weight, but have no idea where I need to start, was thinking about doing yoga in the morning, I can't afford to join a gym and the gym are really far from where I live
is there any exercise I can do at home apart from going jogging and walking?

Try dancing or some exercise videos they have a ton of them on youtube. Stick to guns about getting back to healthy foods and stay accountable for your action by talking to others making friends. I hope that soon you won't feel so depressed. While your at it explore London and try to get to love it as your new home and I may not be from London but I am always logging and will be there for you if you would like to be friends.0

look at some youtube videos if you want to start working out at home, there are loads of workouts on there for free, yoga and other ones.0

London is the perfect ticket to depression. No sunshine and a lot of people w/ stiff upper lip. I would do calisthenics (bw exercises) like push ups, pull ups, sit ups, dips, planks, etc. There's amazing variety on some YouTube videos.0
