I've been working out and changing my diet about 2 months but I have really been serious about it for a month. When I first started I was at my heaviest weight of about 156 pounds I am about 5'3". I'm currently about 140 pounds but I have gained a ton of muscle and I am now Much stronger and more toned! My goal weight is about 120. I'm getting there!
