Chobani Greek yogurt

I forgot to buy greek yogurt, so I'm stuck with the yogurts they have at work. I don't like the fruit on the bottom Chobani ones because they are too sweet, so I just eat the sweetened yogurt on the top and throw the fruit on the bottom out. Any idea what the nutrition facts for just the yogurt on the top might be? Trying to keep track of my stats here.

No idea. The little cups are like 5.3 oz. You can find vanilla or plain chobani entry for that (whichever the label says is in it) and guess how much to subtract for the volume of fruit in there but unless you have a food scale handy at work to scoop it out intro, there's no promise of how exact it'll be
  • They probably use the vanilla on top; it's too sweet to be plain, for sure. I'll have to estimate it.
