Fitness Buddy Needed!

I have left & come back to this site 3 times now, because I have trouble keeping my weight in a good place. Normally I am hovering around the 130-140 mark but now I am up to 154.5.

I am only 5'4 & 21 years old - this is NOT ok.

I have a limited budget for those super spendy health foods, and a job that does NOT help my weight loss.

I need a helping hand. A person who will kick me in the butt & say "You didn't do your workouts today, get the hell up & do it!"
