Automatic Updates and apps

My Runkeeper and My Fitness Pal are linked but my mobile apps don't seem to link to the computer version. So information I put onto the mobile app updates automatically to the computer but if I enter something on the computer it doesn't automatically update to my mobile app .... can anyone help?

    Can you be a little more specific - you put something into MFP on the computer and it doesn't appear in the app ? or something else....

    I've noticed that the synchronizing between MFP and some other sites, in my case Map My Fitness, isn't always the best and can take some time.
