Hey folks!
My name is Mica. I'm from Austin, Feel free to add me. I'm looking for new friends for support & motivation. I currently weigh 209. My short term goal is to lose 13 pounds by January and my long term goal is to lose 70 pounds. It's hard to find folks who are on the same journey as I. Hope you all have a good day!
Food Goal for today: Stay away from the candy drawer at work!
Activity Goal for today: Attend bootcamp and don't cheat on the push-ups.

Hey there!
I'm from Maine, restarting this again after losing almost 60lbs the first time around. I haven't gained quite all that back, 20 lbs. So far I've lost 15 and have about 20 more to go. Feel free to add me! I love supportive, positive friends!
My food goal for today: Stay away from the Halloween chocolate and make great choices while out at a restaurant tonight.
Activity goal: make room for a quick jog despite my incredibly busy day!0 -
That's fantastic! Congrats on your weight loss so far! This time of year is usually the most difficult because of the holidays. My goal for tomorrow is to stay away from the candy as well!0

I love that you have a food and activity goal for the day. I found that my journey is one hour at a time, one step at a time, one bite at a time.0

Hi there! I'm from Maryland. I've been working on losing weight since the end of March. Its had its ups and downs, but this week I was determined to get back on track. I've gotten back into tracking my food again. And I have pushed myself to get back into exercising.
Food goal for the day: stay under calories
Activity goal for the day: complete a minimum of 10 minutes of strength training tonight!0 -
Hey! I'm from New Hampshire and have been trying to stay consistent with my diet and exercise. I'm tired of giving up and I'm trying to always remind myself that every action has a reaction. AKA If I have cheese with every meal I will not lose weight!
Food goal for the day: hit my protein goal for the day while staying while allocated calories.
Activity goal for the day: complete 30 minutes of cardio.0
