What's my activity level?

So I walk to uni 4 days a week (30mins there, 30mins back). I walk a 20 minute walk to work 3 days a week too (although I don't walk home due to the extremely late finishes) and I work in fast food place so I'm constantly on my feet and walking about for the 20 hours a week I work. However, I don't do any exercise besides this at the moment. What kind of activity level would you say this was?
Also, if I was to go jogging or running for about an hour a few nights a week, what would you say my activity level would go up to?

I would put active to be honest...all that walking (and not for exercise) and then the work....yah active...but if you choose active don't log any of the walks.
If you choose to do purposeful exercise log that under exercise and eat back some of the calories...but no your activity level does not go up.
That's how MFP work.0 -
Would you say lightly or moderately?0

I would label that as moderate activity. Sedentary is what I do for work - constantly sitting - and so lightly is just above that. But what you describe is a lot more walking which should be above what is considered lightly active. I also wouldn't go above moderate since that seems to get into more physical labor for activity rather than just constantly being on your feet.0
