200(ish) calorie 'fuelling' - ideas?

Options
I'm only eating 200(ish) more calories for the day. Need lots of protein but don't eat eggs, nuts or cheese. Any suggestions for my last fuelling for the day

p.s - not a protein shake either please, I prefer real food :-):flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

Please say that 200 is a typo!! And you mean 2000?? For protein chicken, tuna, fish they all have at least 25g per serving:)

I dont think you can reasonably only eat 200 more calories and not be hungery. Maybe you can go for a walk or go a little more cardio to be able to eat more calories. But to your question.. tuna is a good protien for not alot of calories/fat.

I can't believe I'm "recommending" it... but Greek Yogurt is very high in protein. It's a little hard to eat straight, as yogart (and I LOVE yogurt)... it's just thick & a little on the sour side.

Hummus with celery or carrots. You could also have Trident brand panko breaded tilapia. One piece of tilapia is good, filing, and only 120 calories.
