Hey everyone! I really want to start strength training to hopefully help boost my weight loss. The only thing I have right now to start with is one 5 pound weight, but it is better than nothing! So I was hoping someone could give me a link to a good beginner strength training video on Sparkspeople, Youtube, ect, that will allow me to use my 5 pound weight and hopefully include other strength training exercises I can do without the weights.

A couple 5-pound dumbbells aren't very useful for strength training. You're better off buying a book with a body weight strength program, like

    You Are Your Own Gym
    Body By You
    Convict Conditioning

I've heard YAYOG has an app that goes along with it that people like a lot.

Actual strength training workouts are rarely ever presented in a follow-along format on a DVD. Unless you have access to a wide selection of weights in order to employ linear progression, your best bet is to follow a 100% bodyweight based program such as the ones named by rock_po above me.
