I had my surgery two years ago on October 22nd. It is the best decision I have ever made. I lost 80 pounds in just under a year. It is a very useful tool. If anyone sharing this experience would like to talk, I'd love it.

Today is my 1 year and I am so excited. I hope the 2nd year goes as well. I have found that sometimes I fall back into old habits and have fear of gaining back or the sleeve not working. Any advice for the next year?0
