I'm based in St Albans, UK, 44, have lost almost 13kg on MFP (or My Fat Friend as I find myself trying hard not to say). Anyway could do with some support to lose 20kg. Walk, gym etc.. and am a big fan of my FitBit and Withings Scales.

looking for me online as cbr908rr (it's the model of my motorbike, yeah I know but all the good names where taken!).
