Hi Everyone just curious.. How do you all keep your mind and body in the zone? without having a mess up or drifting? Sometimes I think I need horse blinders!! LOL
I have 3 teenagers that eat anything they want! Im doing awesome at the moment... but I just want to keep this mindset!

I don't even try, just make up for the slip ups and drifting as we go along. My friends are GREAT about putting me back on track!0

Keep reminding yourself of your goals.
If you have a dress/pants that are just a little too tight, hang them up somewhere that you will see them every day. This will keep you motivated to get into that outfit. Once you fit into it, wear it out and feel great looking awesome and you'll think about how hard you worked the whole time.
Once you've completed one outfit, set the next one out. Keep giving yourself mini-goals, its so much easier that way0
