Are there any guys out there that were really fat then got really fit? I'm not talking just thin. But like a 6 pack and everything.

I was obese. Now I'm fit. Still working on the 6 pack though. It's starting to come in though.

This made me hopeful for a second but I check your profile and my starting weight was 114lbs more than your highest weight  Not sure a 6 pack will ever happen for me. That aside I feel relatively fit and I feel like I will definitely get fitter as I lose more and progress further.

I feel that way to sometimes. It's slow going in the belly area for sure. I have to tell myself I will get there though :)

You should check out vismals before and after thread, if you can find it. Think he fits what you're looking for.

I am still a work in progress, but my aim is more than merely losing weight.
I want to be the best version of who I truly am, and that's means optimal health and peak fitness.
