Favorite cardio:
Hot outfit and someplace with great music to dance to (hours of sweating and fun, fun, fun)
Krav Maga
Running shoes and my phone for gps tracker and some tunes.
Swim suit and a pool
Walking/hiking
30 day shred or similar
Actual cardio machine which I (rarely) use for a fast, big burn:
Jacobs ladder. Kill me now, but it is the best cardio workout.0 -
Most of my cardio for the last few months was on the Expresso bikes, but I've been spending a lot of time on the arc trainer in the last few weeks.0
-
HIIT on the treadmill...1 min of running at 5.5 mph and 1 min of walking at 3.3 mph ....blast those calories in a shorter amount of time !!0

Swimming pool/water jogging, amt, elliptical, arc trainer, stationary/spin bike, rowing machine, treadmill, versa climber, stair climber0

I still love the treadmill. Once I get some shoes, I'm going back to it.
I'm starting to love the stationary bike now. I bought a street bike a couple of years ago, but I'm too afraid to use it.0 -

Most of my cardio is running (outside......treadmills drive me batty) but for cross training I row 3 or 4 times a week on my Concept2, they're a little pricy but worth every cent.......0

It was my spinning bike until I got a fancy indoor trainer to use with my road bike. Love the burn in my glutes and legs. I use a virtual route with video or just bang out intervals. Love it!!! My rowing machine (Waterrower) is killer as well.0

Elliptical because no joint pain and I can push myself really hard!0
-
Elliptical. I have a bad knee so until I lose a pound or strengthen my joints this allows me to burn a lot without hurting myself.
Second is treadmill. Harder on joints and built in programs are harder. But since I live on a bad road for running (I twisted my ankle on loose paving trying) this is a good standby.0 -
Running outside.
If I'm stuck indoors, Precor's AMT, rowing machines, and HIIT circuits (no machines required!).0
