My boss brought donuts in to the office today from a really good donut place. She sat them on the table next to my desk. I am yet to touch one. That is all!!

    I caved and ate one today. But I have resisted the overflowing Halloween candy bucket right behind my desk.

    We had Halloween treats out but I resisted I will save my treat for tonight!
    Had no time to work out though getting things set up for tonight.
    I was away for a week to an all inclusive only gained 2 lbs. lost one of them already :D
