19 lbs down ... WHOA! (Photos included!)

*Sorry guys, I couldn't figure out how to get the image up, so I put it up as my profile photo*
So my heaviest was at 250, and after almost two months of working my butt off (litterally) and eating ridiuclously well with the aid of MFP, I am 19lbs lighter. Yay! Mind you I still have about 81 lbs to go ...but I'm well on my way. I don't see a huge difference, but I know I feel 150 times better.
What works for me:
- I cut out milk (I used to drink 1-2 litres of skim milk a day)
- I drink water all day, every day. I always have a bottle in my hand. No juice, no pop (I was never a fan of pop anyway)
- I replaced chips and dip (my weakness) with cucumber or celery and dip. It's still pretty good!
- Portion control, portion control, portion control!
The biggest thing I've learned? Enjoy the LITTLE accomplishments. As in, sure, you may not lose 2 pounds in a week, but hey, you lost 1, and that's pretty awesome!
Feel free to ad me, I can use all the motivation I can get!

Hey MamaBear, I take multivitamins and calcium supplements. I'm not 100% worried about it yet though, I'm pretty sure I drank a lifetime's worth of milk from when I was super little up until a few months ago. lol0
