I connected my Microsoft Health app to view my progress, keep track of calories burned (went to ""Connected Apps"" in the menu of Microsoft Health app.).

I was able to connect them, but I don't see any data showing up on MFP. In fact, if I login to MFP, and go to Apps, there is no mention of Microsoft Band connected

(here's the link from Microsoft Band - http://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-band/en-us/partners/myfitnesspal)

  • I am having the same problems. Connected fine through Health app but no apparent sync happening.
  • Same. MFP, please fix.

I'm getting my band next week, Out of curiosity, does the MFP information show in the Health app, even though the Band information doesn't show in MFP?
  • As far as I can tell, only information in the Health app is specific to the Band and not MFP. I refer to any MFP in their app.
  • Email response from support about Band syncing with MFP

    "Hello ,

We definitely plan on adding more integration partners to our program in the future. At this time, we do not know who those partners will be, nor do we announce any partners until they are officially live.

We will take your recommendation into consideration when we do. We also recommend you contact them as well and let Microsoft know you would be interested in having them integrate with us?

For now, to view a list of our current partners, please visit: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps

In the meantime, thank you for using the program. Please let us know if you have any other problems or questions. We wish you all the success in reaching and maintaining all of your health and fitness goals.

    Warm Regards,
    Jay
    MyFitnessPal"

    I'm baffled?

    What are you baffled about?

There is clearly a financial deal yet to be struck between MFP and Microsoft ...until then no synching

The Band's app page says "calories burned" is exchanged with MFP. Which is a little disappointing - I was hoping steps etc. would also show up (and maybe they will).

I don't think MFP has caught up with the launch of the Band yet. Like others, I signed up to "Link Microsoft Health with MFP" and nothing has happened.

So, maybe they're still testing the linkage out...

Out of curiosity.. you turned on the flag that allows for negative entries to be entered right in MFP right?

For anyone wondering how the Band and MFP sync (as of right now) check out this thread from over at Windows Central -

Same here - does not work at all.....maybe because I live in Denmark?

In the MS Health iOS app I´ve connected to my Myfitnesspal account, in the the MFP iOS app, nothing happens when I try to link to MS Health/MSBand ad the steps tracker - it just takes me to the MS site?
