    Great job…

    Much of what you said sounds familiar…. I have gone from size 60 pants to 42 (in some brands) & shirt from 4-5XL to XXL; shooting for your “38” and a standard XL ; still need CPAP at this point. MFP (calorie tracking) has been a blessing. Hope to reach final goals by February 2015.

    Again – congrats on all you have accomplished.
