Hi all,

This past Monday I hit "onederland". I started this journey April 1, at 251 pounds, Monday I was 198.4. I am 4 weeks from my first 5k, which is a huge accomplishment considering I have never run before in my life. I love this app and the accountability it has given me.

    Congrats to you! Good luck on your 5K! They are fun! (I never thought I'd say that about running, LOL). I didn't start running until I was 46.

    Yay!!! Getting to Onederland is awesome!!! So is running in a 5K - (I started running at 59!) You will be surprised at how much fun it is.
