Is this enough exercise for me?

Hey guys! So, let's just start out with: I am 5'0 and about 100 lbs. (I'm a female, obviously)

I don't want to lose weight, I just want to tone up a little...this is my usual current daily exercise (I exercise 6 times a week)

Some days I will do 30 - 35 minutes of intense cardio (4 days a week)
Other days I will do 20 - 25 minutes of intense cardio and then I'd do about 30 minutes of muscle building/toning exercises... (I cannot lift weights because I have various injuries that limit me a lot when it comes to lifting) (I do this 2 days a week)

Also, in about a week, I will start to run for about 20 minutes every day in addition to what I already do..

Do you think that's enough? If not, what should I add?

    what kind of muscle building or "toning" exercises are you doing? The cardio is not going to help you "tone". Sorry, I don't use that word.
  • that's more than enough! keep doing your muscle building/toning exercises and your cardio. if you really workout 6 days a week your will be superb fit!
