anyone eat like crap but feel great?

With finals week approaching, I have tons of homework and assignments due, which means that my procrastination gene is kicking in right about now. I stay up way past when I usually do in order to finish work and sometimes I end up reaching for the nearest snacks available, healthy or not. For example, last night I really needed to finish some papers, so I reached for a Diet Coke to give me an energy boost *cringe*. I also had plenty of snacks that I wouldn't of normally had if I hadn't stayed up so late.

So this morning I wake up and feel better than I have on previous mornings. I felt lighter, like not as dense, but as soon as a stepped on the scale (I weigh daily), I saw the damaged the extra calories had done.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

    yes! I have been having to eat up my dorm food up D: since im broke and need it to be gone haha

    went from a nearly raw diet to junk... but I am happy and much more full :D More energy... its odd...
