So I'm looking for a few people who I can chat with about our weight loss. We can help motivate each other and recommend recipes and excercises and such. Anybody want to get in on this?
I'm currently 5'5" and 160, looking to drop 30-40lbs before summer; I gained it due to a year of medical problems and depression. I'm a hell of a lot better now, and I want to feel as good physically as I do mentally.

I sure could use the encouragement as well. Last weeks weigh in put me at 161 and i need to get back to 135. I am pretty much here everyday and when im not I need someone to kick my butt and get me back here0
