What Did/Will You Do to Live a More Active Lifestyle Today?

I am looking for novel ways to live a more active lifestyle, as I am sure others other, so I will share what our family is up to. I hope you will do the same.

Today, I was up and at the gym by 6am. The family is off to go hiking, now. First stop is the Natural Bridge here in Arizona. It is a great area to hike and beautiful.

    I was out the door by 5:30 am and I power walked just a little over 6 miles in 25 degree weather. It was freaking cold out but at the same time exhilarating.

    One thing I did is instead of driving to the store when I need to pick up a few items, I ride my bike or walk. I do this a couple times per week to pick up fruits & veggies

    Back from Natural Bridge. It felt like an interval session. The stairs - where there are stairs - are uneven in height and width, so it makes it challenging. Going down the path really can challenge the quads. Coming up is tough. A nice challenge. Hiking can really be a good workout.
