Lean Beef?

For those who eat beef, if you want to add lean beef to your diet, what do you add? I never really ate a lot of beef, mostly chicken and fish. But my Dr has recommended eating beef at least once a week. I know whatever I add, I'll have to weigh. But what is a good choice for less fatty (non-ground) red meat?

I like the Laura's Lean Beef strip steak. Something like 150 cals for a 4 oz serving.

    I would guess quality steaks.

I get "lean" ground beef sometimes its like 93/7 and it's great in pasta sauces.

Sirloin (top round) is my favorite. What there is of fat can easily be trimmed off if you wish and it still has an excellent flavor. I've tried londoin broil and some of the others but in my experience, if there's absolutely no fat, there's also absolutely no flavor. Sirloin tips are also really good but can be a bit fattier so just look them over and pick the leanest you can.
