Hey,
About to go for my Saturday weigh-in. I've really fallen off lately, didn't even weigh last week and I'm pretty sure it's going to be a huge gain.
I'm prepared for that and prepared to resume my healthier diet habits. Any weight loss success pictures to boost me for when I get back feeling miserable?

I'm still a work in progress - hope to have an after picture one of these days! But I just wanted to say Way to go with "getting back on the horse!" I've found that when I mess up, the first thing I avoid is the scale, because I know it's going to be ugly. But even just that one step - to get on the scale, assess the damage, face the facts, and start again - is huge. You're back on track - you've got this!0

I have 50 more to go but feel tons better. Hang in there it will come off if you stay motivated.

Thank you all so much for your comments, those inspiration pics are all so amazing!
I've weighed in, I'm two pounds heavier. I'm not going to lie, I expected worse. After eating so terribly for a fortnight, I think I've got off pretty lightly. Still disappointed but more than ready to go again.
Thanks again,
Feel free to keep posting pics if you like, I always love a good progress picture!

One day at a time We all have bad days or weeks even don't let it get you down. If you never give up then you will never fail. I had many bad days the last 3 years but the good have far outweighed the bad which has gotten me to where I am now0

Each day is a new day. It was a hard lesson for me to learn (uber perfectionist, table for one please), but you have to take each day as a new start. It doesn't matter what you did yesterday. So, your workout wasn't that great? Do a better one today. Ate some crap you shouldn't have? Eat better today. That has been the key for me. Don't beat yourself up. Don't shame yourself. You're human. You're going to screw up. That's ok. Just keep trying.
I use the words of Samuel Beckett as my life motto:
Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.
Feel free to friend me if you like!

You got this! One day at a time. When you have a bad day or fall off the wagon for a bit, as long as you get back up and keep going - that's what matters. Here's an "in progress" comparison - taken ~9 months apart, with about a 75 lb difference:
