55 lbs down! Still a work in progress :)

At 5'2' and nearly 200 lbs in 2007, I made excuses about my laziness and poor eating habits. I never been a "skinny" girl. Always a little bit 'thick', but this was outta control. Over the course of 4 years, I went through the ups and downs of weight loss...losing 20 in 2008 gaining back 10 then losing 10 again. I decided to get serious in 2010. Since April of 2010, I have lost 35 lbs, 20 of that was while using MFP. Right now I'm focusing on reducing the body fat and increasing muscle tone. 8 more lbs to go!

    Thank you guys! I'm tryng to get a handle on eating closer to my maintenance. I just don't want to fall back into bad habits. Whats most important is the healthy eating and consistent exercise, however, looking good going out is a great motivator! lol
