Hi peeps.
I have set up a home gym in my garage.
It's probably crap and very basic compared to some but it is a start lol
I have a york 401 multigym, a treadmill and a cross trainer.
can anyone please help me create a workout routine as I have NO idea where to start.
What should I do, when, and how often!? Basically I need a full routine ... some one please help me haha
I am 5 foot 7, 160lbs. want to lose fat and tone up/build muscle. not bothered by weight loss in general, would rather focus on inches and body fat %

Hi, I have a treadmill, a spin bike, something similar to your York system. Maybe you should start with Couch to 5K on your treadmill a few days a week then mix it up with your elliptical and York system. If you can do the elliptical for 20 to 30 minutes, that would get you started. I use a lot of work out videos like Jillian Michael's 30-day Shred, Biggest Loser Series and Bob Harper has some too. Walk Away the Pounds would be an excellent choice too and a great way to start. Hope this helps.0

Hi thanks for your reply,
I have done gillians 30DS a couple of times, I love it
I was actually thinking about doing the couch 2 5k thing on the treadmill!haha I found an app for my phone called zombies run (or something) they do a version of the couch 2 5k too, I think I would be better with the zombie one as I tend to get bored very quickly, something that feels a bit like a game might be good for me haha.
I have no idea how to use the multigym, I bought it on ebay and it came with no exercise chart etc. Tried googling, and found nothing.0 -
Good luck! It sounds like you're on your way!0
