  It has home diary, +, progress and more along the bottom. Not sure what you mean by menu. Do you have an iPhone?

  I am on an iPad. I don't know how to get to the message boards through the app. I use the website through safari.

  You can't access the blog through the app.

  You can use the mobile version of the site on your phone. That will give you access to the message boards.
