200 ARM CIRCLES

If you’ve been doing these for a while, add weights. If you are already using weights, try to kick it up a notch! Be sure to brag when you’re done! Great for round shoulders. Break them up. Use weights, use no weights, make big circles, or make small circles. It doesn’t matter. Just get moving. Tell us what you did!

100 small circles forward, 100 small circles backwards. No weights.
Didn't think this exercise would have much effect, but I can definitely feel a little tiny burn in my shoulders afterwards! Might start doing this a few times throughout the day, my shoulders and arms are a problem area, a little extra toning exercises might go a long way for me!

started doing this today 200 circles no weights. I am 56 and i have lost 50 lbs in the last 12 months. I have 20 to go and have been trying to start some kind of strength exercise to this will be a great start0
