I guess I'll start of with real simple smoothie.

8 Bananas
1 cup frozen raspberries

    For breakfast today I had

    1 cupped of ripe Bananas (they were frozen already in my freezer for over two months)
    Half a medium sized avocado
    1 Tsp Lime Juice
    1 tBSP Honey
    1 TBsp Vanilla Essence

    Blend and Enjoy

    No Bake Brownie Bites

    Ingredients
    • Walnuts 1/2 cup (48 grams)
    • Raisins 1/2 cup (74 grams)
    • Cocoa powder, unsweetened 5 TB ((24 grams)
    • Coconut, unsweetened 2 TB (10 grams)
    • Vanilla extract 1 1/2 tsp (6 grams)
    • Salt 1/8 tsp (.6mL)

    Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse until ingredients are completely ground and well blended.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours (this makes forming the bites easier).

    Use a small melon baller (spray with non-stick spray) to form the brownie bites. Keep refrigerated and covered. Makes about 24 balls.
